Services
H.I.P.S. is dedicated to empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration by providing a safe, structured, drug-free environment. Our program is open to adults (18+) and offers separate houses for men and women to ensure tailored support.
Education & Training Programs
At H.I.P.S., our Education & Training programs are designed to empower participants with the skills and knowledge needed for long-term success. We provide personalized skill assessments to align training with individual goals, vocational programs in trades like construction and culinary arts, and workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. Participants can access GED support, digital literacy training, and certifications in high-demand fields such as IT and healthcare. Through partnerships with organizations like Living Classrooms, local colleges, and employers, we offer hands-on apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and opportunities for higher education. Our focus on soft skills development, such as communication and teamwork, ensures participants are equipped to thrive in any environment, while continuous mentorship provides ongoing encouragement and guidance.
Our Partnerships
At H.I.P.S., we believe in second chances and empowering individuals to create a brighter, more successful future. We collaborate with trusted organizations, including Living Classrooms, Misha House, PIVID, and Workforce Development Programs.
